The tricky thing about finalizing location in the late summer/ early Autumn are the leaves. As we stand and contemplate a location and the environmental light - it can be a challenge to visualize what the space will look like with bare trees and a covering of snow. Because FROST is based on projected images - it needs a dark corner to live. I'm sure the FROST team as freaked out a few late night park patrons as we stomp and fumble and discuss the dark corners of Anchorage parks.
